How to choose your motorcycle helmet size
Take a tape measure and measure the circumference of your head 2.5 cm above your eyebrows (at the base of your forehead), as shown in the diagram. Then refer to the table below:
Tip: If you are between two sizes, always choose the smaller size, as the internal foams of the helmet will compress over time.
